In 1989, John Anthon and his wife Nancy started The Great American Tool Company in Buffalo, New York. Their mission was to manufacture high-performance knife and tool sharpeners and accessories. Today, as they celebrate their 15th year of business, their company and product line have grown, but their philosophy remains the same: to build precise and reliable knives and sharpeners that perform to 100% customer satisfaction.
